How scope is controlled
After package selection and discovery, we confirm which phase, pages and supporting activities fit inside the selected investment for the initial three months.
Launch pages come first unless both parties agree that a different sequencing decision is commercially necessary.
Requests outside the agreed Action Plan are estimated and approved before work starts. No silent scope expansion.
Package selection does not change the strategic destination. It changes how quickly and broadly we can move through it.

Your 3-Month Action Plan

Your Investment
You are engaging Hullabaloo Digital to provide website, SEO and related digital marketing services based on the package you select (The Murmur, The Roar or The Hullabaloo), as detailed in this Statement of Work. This will be a monthly recurring service.
What We Both Agree To
As the Client, you agree to:
Authority: You confirm you have the full power and ability to enter into this agreement on behalf of Solar Panels Melbourne.
Collaboration: Provide timely access to necessary information, assets (brand guidelines, portfolio content, relevant data, account access), and approvals to help us perform our work efficiently.
Feedback: Review strategies, reports, and content, providing constructive feedback and timely approvals to maintain the agreed delivery sequence.
Deadlines: Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines for providing information or approvals, as these are crucial for successful campaign execution.
Payment: Adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the "Payments & Termination" section below.
As your digital marketing partner, Hullabaloo Digital Pty Ltd agrees to:
Expertise: Apply our experience and skills to perform the agreed-upon services professionally and efficiently.
Effort: Apply professional care to the agreed deliverables and work toward the timelines in the Action Plan. Timelines move when required materials, access or approvals arrive late.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information you share with us.
Transparency: Provide monthly updates and reports on campaign performance with clear insights into progress.
Services
Our services will be delivered based on the scope defined in your chosen package and the 3-Month Digital Marketing Action Plan. This includes strategic planning, website design and development, SEO implementation, agreed content production and reporting. The exact pages and activities for each period are documented in the Action Plan.
Strategy & Delivery: We will plan, produce and optimise the agreed website, SEO and related digital work. Specifics are tailored to your business goals and outlined in your Action Plan.
Content & Creative: Where included in your package, we will develop content (website copy, service pages, guides and structured data) plus agreed creative elements necessary for the approved work.
Tools & Platforms: We use industry-standard tools and platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS platforms) to deliver our services. Their use is subject to the respective owner's license agreements.
Changes to Scope
Digital marketing is a dynamic field and we're always open to adapting strategies. If you wish to significantly change direction, add new channels, or request work beyond the agreed scope, we will discuss this transparently. Such changes may require adjustments to the monthly investment or timelines and will need your prior agreement.
Performance Expectations
While we apply best practices and expertise to drive results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes due to factors outside our direct control (search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, market shifts). Our commitment is to continuous optimisation, transparent reporting, and diligent progress toward your goals.
Legal
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from this agreement. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be deemed separate from this agreement, and the rest will remain valid and enforceable.
Ownership
Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of all intellectual property, text, images, brand assets, and existing data you provide to us.
Hullabaloo Digital Ownership: We retain ownership of the methodologies, proprietary tools, and insights developed during the provision of services. Content created specifically for your campaigns is owned by you once all related invoices have been paid. Hullabaloo Digital retains ownership of pre-existing methods, reusable systems and proprietary tools. Upon termination, you will have access to data, reports and exportable project assets.
Payments & Termination
Monthly Fees: Your selected package will be invoiced monthly in advance at the agreed-upon rate. Payment is due within 7 days upon receipt of invoice.
Termination: This agreement continues on a month-to-month basis after the initial 3-Month Action Plan period. Should you wish to cancel, we require 30 days' written notice. Upon receiving notice, we will conclude work professionally within that period, ensuring a smooth handover of accessible data and campaign assets.
Final Provisions
Non-Transferable: This agreement cannot be transferred to anyone else without written permission.
Governing Law: This agreement is a legal document and will be governed by the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Authorisation
By digitally signing under Next Steps, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work.
